This combo wont come up often, as it requires an opponent to have a full hand, though Wheel of Fate can set this up
A free Dread Return every turn is terrifically strong, especially when combined with the Whispering Ones second upkeep ability that triggers on every opponents upkeep: that player sacrifices a creature. Thats roughly a five-for-one right out of the gate, though, at seven mana, you will have to wait a while for this upkeep effect to spring into action
It can also be a nice Esper commander
You could even have an additional power level if you wanted: the first ten cards of the powerboard adjust the deck up to a certain power level, while adding the rest of the powerboard will increase it a bit more again
Planar Chaos Planar Chaos has chaos in the name so it has to make the list, right
Rampage only works for creatures past the first blocking the creature with rampage, so Im giving Barreling Attack points for at least letting you maybe get through for lethal trample damage at four mana
